Notes for Vendors
Valuations
Every Friday between 11 am and 2 pm. we operate our 'Deal or Auction' Valuation Service. We will undertake an assessment and if we make you an offer if it up to you to chose to accept or go to auction. If you are unable to attend on a Friday or the item is too large or you have a number of items please contact us to make an appointment for a home visit.
Setting a Reserve Price
We are happy to agree a 'fixed reserve' price below which price we will not sell, but this should be made clear on instruction that you wish to have a 'fixed reserve' and if this is not agreed then our Resident Auctioneer will used his discretion.
Pre Sale Notification
Please ensure that you provide an email address, which you monitor regularly, and you will then be included in our advisory email that the Catalogue has gone live. You can then view the same and if there is anything you wish to alter or amend you should email us immediately so this can be dealt with. You are of course welcome to come to the view or attend the auction if you so wish.

Once payment has been received, the lots are then dispatched to the Buyer, a Vendor's Statement is then prepared and emailed to you so we can then organise payment to you. Please note that you will not receive payment for at least 14 working days after the Auction,
