Shipping Policy

Buyers if you wish to collect your winning lots, please email the Auction House upon receipt of invoice but no later than 24 hours after the auction.  If you fail to let us know then we will assume you wish postage and packing and this will be added to your invoice. Please note if items are large then additional packing charges will be made.  

If collecting in person please note the Auction House Hours are Thursday, Friday and Saturday  (10:00 to 15:00) .  If you wish to collect outside these hours and days then please contact us to make arrangements.

All large items, for example display cabinets, table and chairs, collection must be arranged by the Buyer with their chosen collection service.

Small items will be posted using Royal Mail and value items will be sent by Special Delivery Insured. If over the value of £2,000 then a quotation from UPS will be obtained so that the insurance can be increased.
